This SOP outlines how to create and upload GBP images from WhatsApp job updates.

Important: Always use the date from WhatsApp when naming files.

Part 1: Image Creation

Step 1: Download Images

  • Open WhatsApp
  • Locate job images
  • Download images

Step 2: Identify Info

  • Industry
  • Keywords
  • Location
  • Client Name

Step 3: Canva Folder

YYYY-MM-DD - Industry - Location - Client

Step 4: Create Image

  • Create 1080x1080 design
  • Name file properly

Step 5: Add Logo

  • Bottom right placement

Step 6: Slide Name

Part 2: GBP Posting

Step 1: Download from Canva

  • Select image
  • Download
  • Unzip if needed

Step 2: Daily Posting

  • 1 image per day
  • Stay consistent

Step 3: Upload to GBP

  • Go to GBP
  • Click Photos
  • Add Photos
  • Upload image

Images may take 24 hours to appear.
