FB Post Review Checklist

All Facebook posts must be reviewed for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance before approval. The reviewer should check both the written post and the image to make sure all required details are correct.

Important Review Note:

If the error is minor and can be easily changed in the written post, make the correction and then approve the work.

If the change involves the image, do not approve the work. Send it back for revision.

1. Title Check

  • Title includes PRIMARY KEYWORD (Service).
  • Title includes LOCATION (City or Service Area).

2. Image Check

  • Image matches the topic of the post.
  • Image follows Andromeda style (high contrast, bold, readable).
  • Text on image is:
    • Minimal (not paragraph-heavy)
    • Easy to read on mobile
    • Uses hierarchy (Title > Supporting text)
  • All text on the image is correct (no typos or wrong information).
  • Logo is correct.
  • Phone number on image is correct.
  • License number on image is correct (if applicable).
  • Email on image is correct (if included).
  • Website on image is correct (if included).
  • Address on image is correct (if included).

3. Body Content Check

  • Written in a professional, natural tone.
  • Uses 2–5 short paragraphs (not one long block).
  • Contains no misleading claims or inaccurate information.

4. Structure + Link Check

  • Title appears at the top of the post.
  • Body paragraphs appear below the title.
  • Testimonial is included exactly as provided if one was supplied.
  • CTA is present and uses the correct format: Contact {Business Name}.
  • Contact info block is included with:
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Website
  • Website URL includes UTM parameters.
  • Contact information on the post matches the image (phone, email, website, address if shown).

5. Final QA Check

  • No spelling or grammar errors.
  • Formatting is clean and easy to read.
  • Proper spacing and line breaks are used.
  • No duplicate or repeated content.
  • Image and caption align clearly.
  • Message is clear within 3 seconds.
